The LST1101S is a one channel, single-ended input differential output transimpedance (TIA) for the use with PIN photodiode in GPON/EPON ONU applications. The device supports 1.25Gb/s Ethernet, 2.5Gb/s OC-48, GPON and EPON data rates defined by IEEE 802.3 and ITU-T.
