The LST1111 is a one channel, singleended input differential output transimpedance (TIA) for the use with Avalanche Photodiodes (APDs) in 10G PON ONU applications. The device supports 10Gb/s Ethernet, XGPON-1 and XGS-PON data rates defined by IEEE 802.3 and ITU-T.
