LST111C

The LST111C is a twelve channels multi-rate transimpedance amplifier (TIA) optimized for multi-channel optical modules at data rate up to 16Gbps.

The LST111C supports a very wide input optical power range and is optimized for low power consumption and high optical sensitivity.

The LST111C outputs are spaced on 125μm channel pitch, the die is 3.6mm x 2.0mm in size, and die thickness is 100um.
