LST1121

The LST1121 is a multi-rate transimpedance amplifier (TIA) optimized for optical transmission systems at data rate up to 28.1Gbps. The device converts a photo current from a photodiode into a differential output voltage, with 50Ω back termination on each side.

The LST1121 is optimized for low power and high optical sensitivity.
