LST1131

The LST1131 is a one channel, single-ended input differential output, linear trans-impedance/variable gain amplifier (TIA/VGA) for 50G optical receivers.

The LST1131 operates in automatic gain control (AGC) mode. It can adjust its trans-impedance and delivers an output voltage in AGC mode.

The LST1131 supports a very wide input optical power range. It has very low input referred noise current density at maximum trans-impedance and provides linear amplification for current levels up to 3 mApp single-ended.

The LST1131 provides an RSSI function to monitor and report average optical input power.

The LST1131 operates from a +3.3V power supply, consumers 0.19W typical, and available in die form.
