LST1151

The LST1151 is a one channel, single-ended input differential output, linear trans-impedance/variable gain amplifier (TIA/VGA) for 100G DR1/FR1/LR1 optical receivers.

The LST1151 operates in automatic gain control (AGC) mode. It can adjust its trans-impedance and delivers an output voltage in AGC mode.

The LST1151 supports a very wide input optical power range. It has very low input referred noise current density at maximum trans-impedance and provides linear amplification for current levels up to 3 mApp single-ended.

The LST1151 provides an RSSI function to monitor and report average optical input power.

The LST1151 operates from a +3.3V power supply, consumers 0.21W typical, and available in die form.
