LST1134S

The LST1134S is a Quad- channel, single-ended input differential output, linear transimpedance/variable-gain amplifier (TIA/VGA) for 200GbE-DR4/FR4 and 400GbE-DR8/FR8 SMF optical receivers.

The LST1134S operates in automatic gain control (AGC) mode. It can adjust its trans-impedance and delivers an output voltage in AGC mode.

The LST1134S supports a very wide input optical power range. It has very low input referred noise current density at maximum trans-impedance and provides linear amplification for current levels up to 3 mApp single-ended.

The LST1134S provides an RSSI function to monitor and report average optical input power.

The LST1134S operates from a +3.3V power supply, consumers 0.95W typical, and available in die form.
