LST1154M

The LST1154M is a Quad- channel, single-ended input /differential output, linear transimpedance/variable-gain amplifier (TIA/VGA) for 400GbE-SR4 MMF and 400GbE-DR4/FR4 SMF optical receivers.

The LST1154M operates in automatic gain control (AGC) mode. It can adjust its trans-impedance and delivers an output voltage in AGC mode.

The LST1154M supports a very wide input optical power range. It has very low input referred noise current density at maximum trans-impedance and provides linear amplification for current levels up to 3 mApp single-ended.

The LST1154M provides an RSSI function to monitor and report average optical input power.

The LST1154M operates from a +3.3V power supply, consumes 0.9W typical, and available in die form.
