LST121C

The LST121C is twelve channels, low power, and programmable VCSEL laser driver for multi-channel optical modules at data rate up to 16Gbps.The device has a two-wire serial interface (IIC) which allows digital programmable control of bias and modulation currents.

The LST121C outputs are spaced on 125μm channel pitch, the die is 3.6mm x 2.0mm in size, and die thickness is 100um.
