LST1221-G

The LST1221-G is a 28Gbaud single-channel linear differential-input, single-ended output directly modulated laser (DML) driver die for up to 28Gbaud/s PAM4 applications. The driver is designed to be DC-coupled with direct wirebond to DML diode. The device offers features like modulation current control. This device has low jitter performance, low power consumption，and excellent THD. The die is 0.825mm x 0.7mm in size.
