LST1254V

The LST1254V is a Quad 56G Baud PAM4/NRZ linear VCSEL Driver for 400G SR4 / 800G SR8 applications. The outputs are spaced on 250μm channel pitch. The device has a two-wire serial interface (IIC) which allows digital programmable control of bias and modulation currents. The LST1254V is 2.020 mm x 2.366 mm in size.
