LST1234M

The LST1234M is a Quad 28G Baud PAM4/NRZ linear VCSEL Driver for 200G SR4 / 400G SR8 applications. The outputs are spaced on 250μm channel pitch. The device has a two-wire serial interface (IIC) which allows digital programmable control of bias and modulation currents. The LST1234M is 3 mm x 2 mm in size.
