The LST1254F is a low-power, high-performance, quad-channel linear driver designed for 400G DR4 applications. Each channel has 100Ω differential input and output is designed to be DC coupled to an optical modulator for minimum size and power consumption, it has 22dB max gain and can provide linear output voltage up to 4.0Vppd suitable for multi-level modulations and Silicon Photonics modulator.
