LST1264

The LST1264 is a low-power, highperformance, quad-channel linear driver designed for 400G/600G metro and long-haul applications. Each channel has 100Ω differential AC-coupled input and output is designed to be DC coupled to an optical modulator for minimum size and power consumption, it has 22dB max gain and can provide linear output voltage up to 4.0Vppd suitable for multi-level modulations and Silicon Photonics modulator.
